No 3

I recently went to the Spring Fair at the NEC to do my main buying for the shop and I stumbled upon the most amazing stand called Pip Studio who are doing a major launch in the UK.They are fairly well known in Europe. They were the loveliest people and served tea and cup cakes which was most welcome and they were so helpful.Their products are just divine. The tea towels are just too beautiful to use.So watch this space as I have their goods coming in this week.

My wonderful 2010 diary from Papaya Art.It is sooo beautiful and full of lots of little sayings and encouragement. It also has a very useful concertina file at the front for keeping bits and pieces together.I love the idea of following your bliss.

Happy Valentine's day

Hope you have enjoyed your day.My beloved and I went to York for the afternoon. We mooched in Cath Kidston and White stuff I love therir window displays.Today the window is a giant budgie cage and the floor is lined with newspaper and feathers with two massive budgies swinging on a perch.Genius! We had a very nice lunch at Wilde's.The sun was shining and everybody was out in force and it felt as if Spring was on the doorstep.(I forgot I am on the cusp of extreme middleage,am overweight and very tired) and then I heard the weather forecast-more cold, more snow. Our heating has given up the ghost and I can hardly type for the amount of layers I'm wearing.Hey ho! Lots of love!

Class

As some of you may know in my spare time I am a full time teacher and tend to work in our shop at weekends and during holidays. The above picture was a present from one of my past pupils and I thought it would go beautifully with the following rules that were discovered by a colleague when sorting through her great Aunt's things. Her aunt used to be a teacher in London in 1915.

2.You are NOT to keep the company of men.
3.You MUST be home between 8pm and 6am unless attending a school function.
