Here is my bargain chair which I bid for in the saleroom yesterday.It cost a mere two pounds!I think it's rather sweet. Just add a crocheted cushion and throw and Bob's your uncle!One more for the resue home for unwanted ,orphaned chairs
Hi I thinkl we have the Northallerton branch of your rescue - I had Radio york on this am and they said Ryedale is having it really bad. They cancelled our auction today - we normally go Thurs after work or Friday lunchtime as it starts at 1pm. I am getting the flavour of boxes now and am getting them for about £4-10 but if you can be there in person some go for £2 or he might add the next one to one that doesnt raise any interest - I love the thrill of what is going to be in there and I charity anything I dont want. I am thinking about doing 4 days instead of 5 this year ready for hubby retiring in 18 months and it will have to be a Friday so I can go to the auctions. Alan is charge of the markets in Thirsk and Northallerton and I would love a bric a brac stall but the council wont allow it which is ridiculous, isn't it. Hope you can still get about
